- Approved Repairer Network. Proactively managed by our regionally-based Network Managers, each repairer is awarded a Gold, Silver or Bronze accreditation based on an ongoing assessment of the service and value they deliver. The accreditation scheme maintains overall standards and guides work allocation.
- Rapid Repair is a service specifically designed to meet the demands of fleet operators where vehicle off-road (VOR) time is critical. The service allows a wide range of smaller repairs, with no compromise on the facilities used or the quality of repairs, thus returning the vehicle to normal use in the minimum time. Vehicles suitable for the Rapid Repair service will be initially assessed by our trained Quick Response team (QRT), and subsequently confirmed by one of our Approved Repairers.
